The throttle cables for this motorcycle would still be available through your authorized Honda dealer.
The part numbers are as follows:
Throttle Cable A P/N 17910-425-405 and should retail for $34. Throttle Cable B P/N 17920-425-030 and should retail for $33.
You should always consider genuine parts over aftermarket when considering repairing something as sensitive component.
