I am a 21 yr old single male making between 3500 and 4000 a month net pay. i pay a lot of taxes since much of this is overtime pay. i have a lot of debt i can't seem to control. i have very few bills and whatnot to take care of. would it be expensive for me to get someone to take care of all that for me and possibly put my money to good work for me? i would appreciate your thoughts on this subject. where might i find such a person to do this and what would be the approximate cost?

Generally speaking, if you can afford an accountant, you need an accountant.
Dude, you're making lots of dough and you have little discipline, by your own account.
Accountants aren't that expensive. In your case, you can't afford NOT to have financial guidance and controls. There's no shame in that, my industrious friend. The shame would be your financial demise if you don't secure
help.

I doubt that you could find an "accountant" that would take care of your bills. Accountants prepare taxes. They don't babysit.

Your money can't work for you if you are in debt. The way to get out of debt is simple. Stop spending money that you don't have!
