If you're looking at the nutritional content rosy reds would be better.

If you have a large enough tank (30 gallon preferable), you could also raise convict cichlids as feeders. You don't see them sold in stores as such, but if you've got a male and female, you can't stop them from spawning (you won't be able to keep them with your Africans, though.) Just get a pair that's about 1 1/2 inches long. The female will have orange/pink coloration on the abdomen, the male won't. Put a flower pot big enough for them bot to get into and turn around on its side in the tank and you'll have them start to spawn before too long. Parents care for the eggs and fry, so no need for a second grow-out tank.

i think that depends for what kind of fish my oscars love red rosys and goldfish

Myself I found that mollies were the easiest to breed and the best to feed to salt. Good Luck
