For most women, VERY much a reality!
For some few women there may be physical or psychological factors that prevent them having the orgasmic experience however.
Various types of female orgasms have long been experienced but only relatively recently medically recognised.
(As if that matters: pain or pleasure may be experienced without scientific validation!)
The ability to attain orgasmic experience is often dependent on the woman's own -- or her partner(s) -- commitment to investigate and pursue the potential immense rewarding pleasure offered. Having done so, I've yet to meet anyone who wishes they hadn't.

Well, mine are no myth. Quite real.
If they remain a myth for you, see a sexual therapist to help you get over whatever is blocking you. Crazy things can keep you from climax. Sometimes you have to work things out before things start to work.

Reality, but 30% have never had one-I tend to think this is because they are relying on men to give them one or show them how to though-in my experience most men are VERY confused when it comes to a woman's body-most but not all :(

Reality... I have been blessed enough to allow 3 different women there first and in one case many occasions..hope you lucky enough to experience one

I"ve never had one. I've slept with 11 people, (most in committed relationships), but I've never felt anything that great and don't understand how any woman could, really.
