Right now, no doubt the Patriots. Even though both teams are undeafeated, the Patriots have a better ranked offense and defense over the Colts. They also have the best passing game in the league right now with Brady, Moss, and Stallworth connecting for touchdown after touchdown. Plain and simple, the Pats are outnumbering and outplaying the Colts at just about everything.

As an Indy fan I respect the Pats because they are always a great team and they are racking up the points. However, even without counting tomorrow nights game against the Jaguars, the teams the Colts have played (5 : records of 16/16 ) have 1 less between them that the (7: records 17/28) teams the Patriots have played but the teams the pats have played have12 more losses .
Just food for thought

Pats were supposed to have one of the top 5 hardest schedules this year. It seems like they may have one of the easiest. Especially being in the worst division. Colts being in the hardest. Colts are a more complete team. You can score 100 points a game folks, that won't win you a Super Bowl. Eventually you don't put up those numbers week in and out. They need a challenge on both sides of the ball. The only people to do that for the Pats will be the Colts, Ravens, and Steelers. If they beat those teams, Pats are beyond great. I think people need to save this question for week 13 or so.

We'll see on Nov. 4th. On a side note though, as a Patriots fan who lives in the Bay Area... I swear to God if I have to watch the Raiders play the Texans instead of an epic battle between the Patriots and Colts, I'm going to sh*t a brick.

The Pats so far! They have the edge! However, it should be interesting what happens during their showdown on Nov. 4, especially if both teams are undefeated. Then the best team in the NFL will be revealed! The Pats are playing on all cylinders now. They are so good it's scary! It should also be interesting to see how the Colts play tomorrow night against another formidable opponent!

No one seems to have noticed that the Pats are playing in the worst division of the AFC against lame teams like Buffalo and Miami. Meanwhile the Colts are winning against REAL teams.
No way to compare until week 9 when the Colts b****SLAP the Patriots back to reality.

We will see in 2 weeks. Should be fun. The Colts are the champs, but I gotta say the Pats have looked more dominant so far this year.

Overall i think that the Patriots have a WHOLE offense, while for the Colts, there are select players that seem to be the face of the team (i.e. peyton manning, joseph addai, marvin harrison.) not saying that Brady hasn't become the face of the patriots....but he has a variety of receivers that he goes to and pocket protection is great for him.
