I agree with you. Doctors are needed because they help people, whether they are healthy or sick. We need our health. Yes, the medical field is the most valuable profession, in my opinion.

Doctors are valuable but if the hospital wasn't clean all the patients would catch things like MRSA.
if the patients were not fed they would not be able to fend off disease and repair their bodies, without food growers and producers the cooks would not be able to prepare the food. without modern technology i.e gas and microwaves you could not cook enough food for the amount of patients. Without technology you have no machinery with which to treat and operate on the patient.
without the nurse you have no-one to care for the patient. without electricity you have no power to operate the machinery to enable the patient to stay alive.
without telephone operators you cannot call an ambulance if you are indeed the patient.
without administrators the doctors would not have the beds full of patients that need to be treated.
without the secretary's the letters would not be sent out for appointments and then mutually made with the patient making the doctors schedule.
without all these people the doctor cannot save a life on his own.....
Yes doctors are a great and valued profession but so is everyone else without all of us we do not work!!!!!!!!!

We all need one another. Civilised society hinges on people working together. No-one is more valuable than another if he/she is actively working in an honest profession.

Kindness. this is the business enterprise we ought to consistently all be in. there are various that serve mankind properly, and that's on the coronary heart of your question. So, possibly, instructors, docs, nurses, and so forth. yet evaluate volunteer workers who do something and each thing with out pay to help others. i think of volunteer workers are the main obligatory, theirs is the occupation of kindness. happy Christmas.

Think how we rely on computers for virtually EVERYTHING now. Health, communication, TV, Radio, Finance, production (card, food).
Look at Burma, first thing they did was to shut down the internet so they THEN could carry out their quashing of the protest.
