It depends on the female! That's the same standard that applies to male presidents.

I am not very sure. What would the husband of the president called, First Gentleman? How would he come to attend some of the meetings? He cannot walk on the left side of the president and interlock his right hand through the left hand of the president. Who would lead whom into a meeting? Would not he be busy with his own preoccupations like job etc. and so how would he accompany the president on occasions wich the 'better half' of the president should be there?

Absolutely!

Why wouldn't it be? I cannot see anything different in having a woman as president than a man. I think we NEED a woman to lead for once, because the men are horse pucky at it, anyway.

We couldn't do any worse than the predicament we are in now. And MANY countries have had women lead.

What's the big deal?

Is America ready for WWIII? That's the real question, because you know it won't be long when we're invading Iran.

Yes, it should not be a gender question. The question is will this person truly defend the constitution and the nation. Are they willing to do as the signers of the declaration of independence did and put their life, family, property and fortune on the line for America.

G'day JDR,

Thank you for your question.

I don't see why a woman couldn't be President providing that she is qualified to do the job.

We may well find out given that Hillary Clinton is the frontrunner for the Democratic nomination.

Regards

Why do we have to be "ready" for someone who isn't a white Christian male? I'm only concerned with who can run the country better.

As long as her policies are considered and not her gender. Electing based on gender is pathetic.
