I've only seen it Ariel.
I pronounce it ah-ree-EL
In The Little Mermaid, they say AIR-ee-el, but I prefer the accent on the last syllable, especially if you spell it Arielle.

I've always said it ...R-E-L....ar-ee-elle. Your pronounciation is quite normal too though, don't know what the 'y' is doing in there though..
