When ever refering to the Lord, yes you capitalize as any proper name. Same goes for God. Now if you are talking about gods and lords of made up worlds, no need to capitalize. I hope this helps

Yes, if you want to be respectful then anytime you use the word lord, god, he, or him in reference to god you should capitalize.
