My Daughter worked at Disneyland and she told me all about the trading. It works with any employee except on some very special pins. Enjoy.

All trading pins that have "Disney" embossed on the back can be traded with Disney cast members wearing a pin lanyard. All other pins are prohibited and you can't trade a pin that the cast member already has on his/her lanyard. Cast members wearing green lanyards can only trade with children 12 years and under.
