Once, I had to go to a "Back to School" Church event for a Christian School where I taught preschool. After it was over we were walking back to the car and my slip fell down around my ankles right in the middle of the parking lot! :/

Nothings really embarrassing if you can laugh at yourself. But I once wore 2 different shoes to work. I didn't notice until I looked down at the same time one of my co-workers was looking at them. We both had a laugh but it was somewhat embarrassing.
