Do you like the name Isabella for a girl ?? and call her Ella or Bella for short?
I really love this name...I think it is beautiful and classic and feminine and has cute nicknames, but am afraid its too popular...what do you think?
I was thinking for middle names...I would name her Isabella Grace or Isabella Rose....which one do you like? any other suggestions?
I already have a daughter named Savannah....do Savannah and Isabella sound like sisters?

I loooove Isabella. It was second on my list. Sometimes I regret not naming my second daughter that. We were going to name her Isabella nickname Bella, but we decided to go with a long time favorite that wasn't so popular to match her sister's name.

Savannah and Isabella are amazing names. I like Isabella Rose, but I know alot of Isabella Rose's, so I would go with Isabella Grace. Another suggestion is Isabella Taylor. I really like the ring of that. I don't think it's too popular, but the nickname Bella is, so call her Ella. Also, if you want the spelling to stand out, make it Izabella or Yzabella. YES! I personally love that name. And it is actually fading some, seemingly around here at least. So it should not be a really, really popular name. Isabella and Savannah sound like good sister names. I personally like Bella as a nickname for it and I prefer Isabella Grace or Isabella Anne for middle names. But agree that it is a beautiful and classic name (plus the only little girl I have ever met with this name was absolutely adorable!)

Yeah, it's a pretty name. My friend's sister is named Isabella. Ella and Bella are cute nicknames.
It is a little bit on the popular list, but I think it's still nice. It's #6 on the Popularity List on http://www.babynames.com/
I like Isabella Rose the best.
They don't need to sound like sisters, in my opinion. But I guess they do sound like sisters because of the names ending with an "uh" sound.

I love the name Isabella soooooooooooooooooo much. I like Isabella Grace but Isabella Rose is great too.
And yes, Isabella and Savannah sound like a lovely sibling set.
Don't let the popularity thing scary you off. Most names are popular for a reason- they don't suck!

I'm sure alot of people love the name Isabella. However I don't. I mean, it just has this thing attached to it that will never come off it feels. Izza ___ uh yuuck! I'm sorry, but it's too commen yet old fashioned for me.. Savannah is beautiful however, Savannah and Gabriella are better than Isabella.

It is extremely popular now, but it is a very beautiful name. I think nicknames are important & give a child something different about their name. I say go for it. Isabella & Savannah sound perfect. For short I'd go with Savvy & Ella...How adorable is that? Good Luck
