I squeeze from the middle. However, I have a friend who is SERIOUS about her toothpaste methods. She squeezes from the bottom up and her boyfriend did it in the middle. It drove her crazzzzy. So she ended up buying him a separate tube.

I usually squeeze from the middle but when it is half done start squueezing at the far end.

Middle if I'm really sleepy and tired. I push bottom most of the time.

I squeeze from the bottom....it's an OCD thing & I hate if the top of it gets messy :)

I don,t want to waste anything which is useful for me .
