He's a pocket passer, he doesn't move very often and waits until the last second before he throws the ball to the receiver. The longer he holds on to the ball, the more likely he will get hit. That's why his legs are always injured...

Doesn't help that he doesn't have pass protection either.

He is not a warrior, unless you consider guys who get broken a lot as warriors. Leftwich is a turd that a lot of people wanted to do good, just another guy that ain't makin' it.

You aint got potential if you always hurt. Potential is if you got skills, are healthy, and just need your chance. Byron, like McNabb, is made of glass. It ain't no black quarter back thing like McNabb says - the QBs from MN, Washington, Jags, all of them are healthy - and getting things done...well, all except MN.

He is overweight and out of shape.

He needs to lose about 25 to 30lbs, and he would be fine.
