Cheney/Bush/Rice trying to beat the war drums against Iran, are you with them?

We are stuck since over 20 years in Kosovo, since 17 years in Haiti, since 6 years in Afghanistan and 5 years in Iraq. We have pulled out of other confilcts like Somalia, with our tail between the legs. Do you still listen and support the fear and war mongers? I am just curious.

They are nuts if they try to take us into another war. I don't think anybody will stand by us and I think it will cause Russia and China to side with them. It's very full-hearty of them to even contemplate it. We have no allies in this. What if the international community starts beating the drums for us to dismantle our nuclear weapons, why are we allowed to have them? Don't we have our own nut case in the White House? Don't people realize that the world thinks GW Bush is the one with the problem?

No! The US seems to do this everytime, exaggerate their own military might, and then they end up in very complex situations. Now, I have to ask what you mean by war with Iran, whether you mean an airstrike or ground forces attacking Iran?

Now then, I will explain why attacking Iran would be devastating.

Iran's president (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad) has stated that if Iran is attacked, the Iranian military will fire missiles (about 500, not extremely accurate, but accurate enough to do some major damage) at Israel. Iran's president (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad) has also hinted at striking the oil supply to hurt the world's economy, especially the US's economy at the moment. Russia's President (Vladmir Putin) has stated that an attack against Iran is completely off the table right now and that he will support Iran's nuclear program. An attack on Iran could be just what the Muslims extremists from both the shiite and the sunni sects need to unite much of the Muslim Arab World against the United States. We may see a rise in EFP's and IED's in Iraq where Iran plays a major role. We may see Hezbollah become more deeply involved in Iraq (although I doubt it). We may see Al Qaeda and Iran start working together (doubtful but there is quite a good chance if Iran is attacked by the US). And last but not least, Hezbollah has stated they will attack within the US if the US attacks Iran.

And remember, if it is a ground invasion, the US won't come close to winning, Iran now has 4 million Baseej (volunteer) troops, 1 million regular troops, a revolutionary guard, and 50,000 trained suicide bombers. I think they will be able to last out for a LONG, LONG time.

this is incredibly strange, on account that Bush develop into waiting to cajole Russia and China into helping sanctions against Iran And to this point Obama has no longer been waiting to cajole Russia and China to assist sanctions against iran. and shall we no longer forget approximately North Korea, who Bush had close down their nuclear weapons software and nuclear reactors and permit international inspectors in to substantiate. Then Obama comes to a decision to allow them to restart the two classes returned and has no diplomatic talks in any respect.
