I am looking to buy a mobile home (trailor) I am trying to find a website that would give me a price on how much one is worth. I want to be able to type in all the information and get a price on what the exact trailor is worth. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. I would prefer it to be a free website.

I am not looking for advice on buying one!!!! I already have one picked out and I am trying to find out the price it is worth. I already know what price the sellers are asking but I want to know if it's worth it or if I should be paying more or less.

Here ya go. these say free to customers but maybe you can fake that part. also, your insurance company might be able to help look it up for you.

Honestly, the best thing that I can think of for you to do is go down to (or call) a mobile home sales place... they have a "Blue book value" book that has the current worth of every kind of trailor that there is.

Realtor.com has houses, condos and mobiles listed for sale. Mobile financing is very expensive compared to regular houses and they do not appreciate. If the park where they are jacks up the rent the value of the mobile goes down compared to the same thing in other parks.

We always just called the companies. They are more than willing to help get themselves a sale, or a potential sale. Try palmharborhomes.com or fleetwood.com. Those are good homes, and they have GREAT floor plans!
