Yes once or twice. But the most memorable experience was on purpose. I had to pee like a racehorse, and the line to the ladies toilet was around the corner. So i just made my way into the men's room and told the dude at the urininal to 'nevermind me'..... then i proceeded to 'talk to a man about a horse' in the stall as he just stood there in wonderment holding his 'buddy.'
Dead serious. He was gone by the time i was finished ROFL, but my friends were laughing hilariously. Only [ I ] me, would do something so obnoxious, they said, but i was like, dude, i had to go and i'm not doing the pee-pee dance for an hour. LOL. They eventually did the same, but no one was in there. ROFL.

Yes - in a Irish Pub in Destin, Florida.
The door had a sign that had:
"This is not the (in real small letters)
MEN'S ROOM " (in real big upper case letters)
I (after a few cold ones), walked in and had about 5 women staring back at me with a "what a dumb*** " look.
And they were right.
They had the same kind of sign on the men's room.
BTW - recently the city made them take the signs down - because a man walked in on a 14 yr. old girl.
What the hell was a 14 yr. old girl doing in an Irish Pub???

Yes I have once on accident. Seriously there were no like signs to tell which bathroom was which.

Yes...now that I think about it, I have.
I wasn't paying attention. it was in highschool, and there were people outside.
oh man. I froze in there in pure terror.
but I collected my senses and strolled out and headed in the opposite direction with a smile on my face. I proceded to the proper bathroom on the other side of the campus just to get away from those people.

Once I walked into the womens bathroom ,its was late at night and forgot to check the sign luckily no one was in there.

Yes on complete Accident and I was so embarrassed and red. A cute guy was in there doing his business and I said "oh my God, sorry". He thought it was funny and I was embarrassed!!

Yeah.
I went to the wrong portalet, got in because the lady forgot to lock the door,I saw things I should not see yet. The way I see it, it's 60% her fault and the other forty my bladder's.

The gym I used to go to daily switched the locker rooms suddenly once.
I met lots of new friends.
