Which hole? Where is the water coming out?
If it is between the tank and the bowl you need to take it apart and get a new gasket, not glue.
If it is between the bottom of the bowl and the floor, then you need to take the toilet out and put in a new wax ring, glue will not work. Get a new set of flange bolts in case the old ones break coming out.

forget the glue...use duct tape !
