I have my BBA in General Business and have 5 years experience in healthcare accounting/finance. I will soon have this MBA in Strategic Leadership and am curious to know how marketable I am. Does this hurt me having two "general" business degrees or does it matter with my experience?

Employers will not care as much about your undergraduate degree. They will be more interested in the MBA and your work experience.

With MBAs, it is the quality of the program that is most important, not the area of emphasis. If your MBA is not from a ranked school, it is unlikely to help you all that much.
