First, ibuprofen is an anitinflammatory, not an antibiotic. Second, since you've been to the doctors and they didn't know what was wrong the last time, perhaps you should get a second opinion. A different doctor will have different experiences and memories, not necessarily be better than the first, simply have a different frame of reference.
Being dizzy is a symptom of so many things, you could spend weeks getting tested for all of them. I assume they hit the most common: heart, diabetes, dehydration, inner ear infection, sinus infection, even a UTI could mess with your balance if the infection is allowed to go too far. If you're still experiencing the dizziness and passing out, keep going back to the doctor or ER until they figure it out.

Ibuprofin is a pain killer. But if too much is taken it can perforate your interstines. Anyway, you are feeling dizzy, that is due to lack of oxygen to your brain and poor blood circulation. You must eat balanced meals and plenty of fruit and vegg and lots of water for the day. Avoid dieting, your body needs good food. Your body also needs 8hrs rest per day minimum. Please also do exercises and be active always. Walk, cycle, swim, jog, run, go for dance class etc. This will all keep you fit and improve your health. Do yoga exercises and please take deep breaths and hold it a while and then exhale. Fill your brain and body with the oxygen requied. Take care of your self always.

above all see a doctor
have yourself checked for diabeties
and have your blood pressure checked while your there
you can go to a pharmacy and check your blood pressure from time to time to learn what or where your pressure is mostly normal remember those machines arent doctors and im not either
one more thin remember eating breakfast and drinking 2 -8 ounce glassses of juice and or water can hydrate you
most of us just dont get enough fluids consider you just slept 6-8 hours with not one drink not being silly you need plenty of fluids
mostly keep your doctor informed

It sounds like you're dehydrated :\
That sounds pretty much how i felt when iw as dehydrated, Pukey, pass out, headache, and i had an upset stomach.
And then when i slept if off i just had a bit of a head ache.
Good luck!

It's probably an inner ear infection.
Either that or you should stop spinning around so much! :)
To the guy above me: ibuprofen is most definitely NOT an antibiotic. It's an analgesic. The brand name for it is Advil.

Have you drunk water today?
Sometimes where we do't feel good we don't drink enough and that can perpetuate the feeling of dizziness.
The medicine you took was not an antibiotic it was an anti-inflamatory pain med.

if this is real, it is because you are spending too much time on the computer. This happens to me about every three or four weeks.
