No. I would never do that except if I got sick or something, but I'm fine without it.

Not on it, but I probably should be. Working in retail is really getting to me. I get this crazy twitch from time to time. Who knows when I might rip a metal arm off a clothes rack and beat a customer into submission with it. No, I have no mental problems.

yes i am. very dangerous to just go off it. there is a method called titration by which you slowly reduce the dose,W|ITH DOCTOR'S KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT,until the minimum dose that still has theraputic effect is found.just 'cause YOU don't like the effect of ,say, a mood stabilizer, ask friends and family what changes THEY have noticed.for instance,a bi-polar in a manic phase may be having the time of their life, but they're driving everyone else around them nuts!(figuratively).

I take Zoloft. It's not some miracle "happy" drug. It just takes the edge off my anger issues. And yes, I can tell when I forget to take it.
I still get angry, but am less likely to fly off the handle now. But I do think that I might get my doctor to up the dosage next time. See where that takes me.

No I've never taken it
But my ex-boyfriend's brother takes pills because he's bi-polar. If you ask me he's just as nuts even if he does take the pills.
