Ok so I'm in a public bathroom and the guy in the stall next to mine keeps tapping his foot and putting it closer to mine. Not only that but he keeps swiping his hand underneath the stall divider. I don't know what he wants. What do I do?

PS: I have brought the computer into the stall so that I can read my ebook and not only that but I have bad diarrhea so I will be here for a while.

wipe once and put the USED paper in his hand with the USED SIDE down. If that don't cure him, NOTHING will.

Tell him if he keeps sticking his hand underneath your gonna piss on it or break his fingers. Show some balls or your gonna look like easy prey. Show no fear!

Reach underneath & wiggle your fingers. He'll take it from there. Just follow his lead.
