check out the JCPenney or Macy's website. They have formal dresses for jrs which are trendy but not trashy.

The best place to find a nice evening dress is Dillard's in the sale section.
My younger sister is turning 13 and I recently took her shopping and we went to Dillard's and they had a HUGE selection and an awesome sale!
You should look at www.dillards.com...I believe that's the website.
