All matter can exist in all three states depending on temperature. i.e. its freezing,melting or boiling points, therefore any substance can exist in all three forms. If your asking if a substance can exist as all three at once, no thats impossible, but the longest time that can occr is between the time that substance takes to melt,boil or freeze otherwise there can be a mixture of the three states eg> ice cubes in water(which is an example of the time it takes for water melting from ice)...i hope i answered your question[if i already did in the 1st sentence dont bother trynna understand anything after that .lol

The ocean is frozen in some places, and steaming in other places and of course liquid water mostly. As you reduce pressure, the three states come closer and closer together.

And of course one H2O molecule is NONE of the above. You need groups to establish state.
