Unreal isn't it? They just couldn't let everyone celebrate an exciting and successful final grand prix. They had to poke themselves in the eye. I guess Ron and the Hamiltons did not lose gracefully after all.

Results confirmed, but Mclaren appeal will be launched. I have about had enough. This latest sh*t may be what turns me off F1 for good. The championship was won, on the track, now it is being "appealed" for goodness knows how long!
The precedent is that in the '95 Brazilian GP both Schumacher and Coulthard ran illegal fuel. They initially lost their drivers points for that race, but the points were later reinstated.
If Rosberg, Kubica and Heidfeld are stripped of their points despite the precedent, we can all understand the reason!

I read on another website saying that there was a similar situation in the mid- 90's where the finishing order wasn't altered but the drivers kept there points and positions but the teams lost manufacturer points.
I think this is the best way to do it without losing more fans for F1 and making this season that more ridiculous.
Kimi won it fair and square. Lewis had 2 opportunities to win it and he gave it up twice.

Ron Dennis is getting back some of his own on the FIA. Nothing will come of it. Although I have to admit wondering how the FIA can just conveniently let cheating slide by so as not to alter the Championship result.

It would be a shame if Hamilton wins the title. Kimi deserves it more than him. Ron Dennis sucks.

FIA actually said there will be no penalities handed out, but Mclaren has decided to appeal that decision.

Yeah, if I was a supporter of Lewis, I don't want to see him win this way. It's his first championship, and it's not pretty if people remembers it as a win that was decided in court.

That is so typical of the sport, it's griddled with so many rules and regulations it's hard for teams to compet or cheat?
