Memory is triggered by certain parts of your brain, which react to cold and also in your dreams where you subconsciously go through the previous day.

So this next technique is used by many high classed pianists. First of all they practice.... LOTS!!! but all in the evening after dinner where your brain still has a lot of energy to spend before sleep. Then after their practice they go and have a cold shower because that triggers that memory part in your brain (but not too cold because if you get hypothermia or something like that, you won't remember anything, so remember to keep it bearable) Then finally they settle down for sleep (without the use of technology because that activates the brain into action again and u will simply sit there for ages) where the dreams will fill you in on all the stuff you just did then and it gets moved into a deeper part of your memory.

Read it, read it, read it
Say it, say it, say it
Write it, write it, write it

If you can write your lines, you know your lines.

Now work on your cues. Your lines do not exist in a vacuum. You are either responding to or instigating the plot.

NEVER paraphrase your lines. It is an insult to both the author and the actor. Make your lines understandable to you and your audience. Word for word is the Goal

Remember to not mumble.
