Not Copix... I want to start using markers, but what? In the past I've used sharpie, but those are not good for what I do. Any suggestion helps. And also, shading tutorials?

There is no such thing as a "beginner's" art marker. There are many brands of markers, some better than others and some better for specific uses. I have color markers in hundreds of shades.

For black and white inking, I prefer Sharpie Markers. I have used Rapidograph, drawing pens, crow quill, bamboo pen and brushes. I still prefer Sharpie.

You write that Sharpie is not good for what you do. You don't tell us what you do, so how can we be of real help?
