Does University of Central Florida pass a lot? UCF..?

I was watching Sunday Night Football and I heard a guy say Wide Receiver University, he went to UCF. Do they pass a lot?

They are one of the very top rushing teams in Division I college football.
Shawn Jefferson,NFL 1991-2003, and Doug Gabriel, currently with the Oakland Raiders, are the top two names on
the list of WR that played at UCF. There have been several WR from UCF in the NFL, but with no "big name" players, I
find it hard to call UCF "Wide Receiver University".

No, they don't. They're near the bottom of the pack in terms of yardage this year.
