what type of courses in college would i have to take and what types of jobs can i get with a degree in it???

A degree in Business Administration usually involves at least one class in each of the following areas. You can then decide to take more in one or two areas to get a major.

Accounting
Finance
Organizational Behavior
Business Strategy
Marketing
Operations Research
Economics (One micro class and one macro class)
Statistics

You can go into practically any field of business with a degree in this field.
