Onions, potatoes, pumpkin, spinach, tomatoes, zucchini, cauliflower - and spreading the definition, RICE. I can't think of a vegetable I don't like, especially cooked different ways for variety.

I love almost all vegies, there are only a few I won't eat and off the top of my head brussel sprouts is the only one I can think of right now. I just made the best vegan/vegie soup. Want the recipe?
Oh sweet potatoes I hate, and beets, when I was in daycare they used to force us to eat beets, even if we hated them and I've hated them since birth.
