Kimi or is it, when will we finally know, god only knows. If it turns out to be Hamilton (and I am British) it would be a travesty added to an already controversial season.
So what happens if Mclaren win the appeal, then Ferrari will appeal and so it will go on. Its frankly pathetic. What the hell is happening to F1.

Neither! Kimi Raikkonen won the 2007 WDC by one point over Alonso and Hamilton, but Hamilton will finish ahead of Alonso because they have the same # of victories, but Lewis has more 2nd place finishes than Fernando!

Kimi Raikkonen - he won today, Alonso was 3rd and Hamilton came 7th so they tied on 109 behind Raikonnen on 110 points.

Just read that McLaren is going to appeal the no penalties for the Williams and BMW teams because fuel issues found in post race inspection.
This could still make Hamilton WDC if the results are reversed.
