I think this really depends on the group of people you're planning to practice with.

If this is with adults, then I don't think it's too early. This would give you plenty of time to get the costumes ready and do plenty of fine tuning before going out on stage in front of the public.

If this is with children for a school play, then I would wait until November or about a month before the actual concert. There's only so many times you can practice with kids before some of them start to lose interest.

No. I think now is a great time to get started. Just think of how good the play will be if there is enough time to fine tune the details! That sounds like a lot of fun! Good luck!

It's almost November and if they are being performed in early December, then you only have a month.

No i dont think so the earlier th better!! maybe witht he time you can even get more ideas and make it better!!
