No they aren't related.
Shawn Michaels is only his stage name his real name is Michael Shawn Hickenbottom.

Nope. Shawn Michaels real name is Michael Shawn Hickenbottom while Bret Michaels real name is Bret Michael Sychak. The only thing that they have in commo (as far as i know ) is that they chose Michaels as a stage name (lack of a better term) is because it rolls easier off the tongue
