Oh Sweetie,I'm sorry that you are hurting.Give it time ...and let your friends help you ...we all want to ! Just take one day at a time.Try to find things that you can do to keep your mind off of it.Call some friends that you haven't seen in a while...maybe even go visit them. And remember we all care !

Well dear I'm a guy so the crying was out for Me.
So My best advice/suggestion may be from my point of view
Do anything You can to take Your mind off it
Go out with freinds some where u like
Bury Yourself in work
Get a new hobby and work the heck out of it
Anything that will keep Your mind occupied Def.
Just don't do something destructive like drink
(That was My answer...It DON'T work)
Or have a rebound relationship
(Utter disasters...every single time)
I just soo wish there was more I could do to help.
I hate seeing someone suffer.
God Bless You Def

I did the Sad music thing myself, I honestly can't say it helped any but. it might help You so that's another thing You could try

I would suggest big sweats, ice cream, some crying and do NOT listen to the radio because every single song will remind you that your heart is broken.

What sweetnsour (see above) said, PLUS:

Watch "Keeping the Faith" with
Ben Stiller and Edward Norton.

Both great laughter and lumps in throat
take turns, constantly, throughout.

You will love it. Also: "High Fidelity"
with John Cusack...great healing flick!

You will cry, and disect the relationship to death. If you can learn from this experience, and not repeat it, you can come out of it with more wisdom than pain. Figure what was wrong, and next time you will be stronger. Lots of luck, and love.

cry when you feel like it, but not for too long.........don't wantto end up a wet mop. Plot revenge for the fun of it. (I've consoled myself many many times withthe thought of Nair in conditioner bottles.) And laugh! Watch some Poo Poo Broussard videos from YOUTUBE!

find somthing to occupy your free time and try not to think about it. Take a class, pick up a second job, find a hobby. Im trying as well, if you find anythingt hat works let me know :)

And smile- because you have the rest of your life ahead of you and that perfect someone is out there waiting.
