Let see, the world is about 4.5 billion years old and the forecast is for approximately 15 billion more years before the sun super novas. Soooooo, I have to say no, the world will not end any time soon.
Oh, we're talking baseball! Sorry about that. Are they still playing? Oh well, I know the Yankees are idle tonight. I think the Tigers are too but I'll check the schedule and get back to you!

No, but GO CLEVELAND! Boy I sure wish the White Sox were playing. With the home crowd and the way the game is going, I think Boston will win

The world would have ended if the Yankees had won. Since it will be Boston winning, everything will go on same as it ever was.

I think the world would end if Boston wins. However, Dice-K is on the mound, so Boston might lose.
