Times are pretty easy - "a la (hour) y (minutes)" is the easiest way. For the first, it would be "a la seis y quince." The rest are easy - 20 = veinte, 25 = veinte y cinco, 40 = cuarenta, 45 = cuarenta y cinco, 30 = treinta, 10 = diez, 55 = cincuenta y cinco. If there are no minutes, then just leave it out - the last one would be "a las diez."

You could get fancy and say things like "quarter past 6" by saying "a la seis y cuatro" or "half past" by saying "y media." "Quarter til 7" would be "a la siete menus cuarto" - 7 minus a quarter.

6:15 --- Seis con quince minutos // Seis y cuarto (literally "six and a quarter"). You can also just say "seis quince", "seis veinte", "seis cuarenta", etc. Although it's a bit informal, it's the most common way to tell the hour in Spanish speaking countries.
6:20 --- Seis y / con veinte minutos
6:25 --- Seis y / con veinticinco minutos
6:40 ---Seis y / con cuarenta minutos
9:45 --- Nueve y / con cuarenta y cinco minutos
6:45 --- Seis y /con cuarenta y cinco minutos
9:30 --- Nueve y media / Nueve con treinta minutos
9:10 --- Nueve y / con diez minutos
6:55 --- Seis y / con cincuenta y cinco minutos. // Cinco para las siete (5 to 7)
10:00 --- Las diez
