I can't really give you a list because I think it would vary from person to person. What I might think of as a valuable use of time may not be what you think of as a valuable use of time.
I would say for myself, if I feel like I've accomplished something, then I would say that I used the time in a positive way. Because ALL time is valuable in my opinion.

I think it would depend on the person.....a crack addict will say crack is more important than food. where as a mom would choose her sick child over work. i choose sleep over everything. lol
