Depends. BMW if you want a real sporty feel - they really drive more like comfortable race cars than soft luxury cars. Mercedes if you want more luxury with only a little sports (not that the BMW doesn't have luxury, but not to the same extent as the M-B.) And Lexus if you want something cheaper that feels similar to the M-B, but nothing like the BMW.

They all have something to offer - it all depends on what you are looking for

Good luck!

PS: Personally, I'd go for the BMW - but that's my tastes, not yours.

Mercedes Benz because it was the first luxury car. And it looks like the old classic design.

I would never get a Benz unless its an SLK AMG because I don't like the way they sound, drive, or look except for the SLK class.
I like BMW's more in terms of looks and performance.
Lexus has the quietist, smoothest ride and its the most reliable.

Mercedes+= 600 to 800 for service and tune
BMW= 600 to 1200 for service and tune
Lexus= 350 to 400 for service and tune
Mercedes means Status
Bmw means success in a yuppy kind of way
Lexus means a cross between luxury and performance without the "in your face" kind of attitude

Infiniti. It's equal to or better than the others for less money.

BMW is the superior driving machine of the three you listed.
