Just take out cost of monitor and it should fall within your budget. Also consider the E6850 processor instead of the E6750.

Ozzy has it right. But I would stick with one 8800gts for now, and go with two 150gb raptors in a raid array for speed, and add a 500gb hdd for the backup. Can always add another 8800gts later on, since the mobo, ram, and cpu are ready for sli.
