bottom I dont think hes a pleco he's less than an inch and I seen a couple pics of a pleco and only thing in common is the four moving bottom fins. I have a 10 Gallon for the freshwater fish

sounds like you got some kind of cory
pepper cory maybe
i would get at least 2 more tetras

you could also add guppies, mollies, platies, rasboras, another group of a differtent tetra species

Depends on what type of tetras you have. Don't overcrowd your tank with too many fish. I've had good success with swordtails and tetras together (as long as the tetras aren't small neons...these will be swordtail food in a hurry). Sounds like your bottom dweller might be a green cory, a type of catfish which should get along with just about any other freshwater fish.
