Mr Howard certainly knows how to fleece workers setting back working conditions about 40 years or more with his industrial relations laws making it very hard for families and pensioners to manage, sure he puts up the pension a minute amount but forgets about the cost of living going up as well. The same thing with promised tax cuts he will just find another tax to replace them

Unfortunately Australians are generally fairly ignorant of politics, this has help Howard win elections. He plays on people generalisations and prejudices. He spends 2.5 years draining us of our taxes and funding for services then gives it all back in an election year claiming he can run the economy. People are to busy to seek the real truth so see the money in their pocket and decide he is speeking the truth. It's clever and decietful but in Australia it works. As the younger generation grow up we are becoming more politically aware and you will see a significant change towards Labor, greens, democrats and the like as these issues about services, hospitals, education, environenment and climate change become at the fore-front. When people realise that their $20 tax cut makes no different as healthcare, petrol, food, doctors visits, child care, education costs makes little difference we will ask why our serices are so bad...one answer....The Liberal Party and the Liberal Party only! Please have faith that not all people are driven by money.

The liberals are always going to support the upper echelons of society . They are capitalists, and have no morals when it comes to the poor and needy. It is all about the haves and the have mores!

It's a capitalist society. The wealthy are the ones who make things happen You have leaders and you have followers. If you lead, you will understand. If you follow, you will grumble and complain.
