It depends on what you are driving and what the speed limit is. Some people think they are going to fast if they go to far above the speed limit others think there going fast when they hit 100 or something. It depends on the person but me personally since I want to have a long life think going above the speed limit is too fast. Cuz people get into terrible accidents when they go the right speed limit so image the damage too much speed would cause. Frankly I don't want to find out.LOL

its all a matter of how far you are going, if you are going less than a mile it will seem like there is no difference in time (besides the way it feels) if you are going 20 miles it will take you 1 hour, but if you are going 40 mile it will only take you 30 minutes. in short, yes 40 mph is faster than 20 mph

School zones 15 so 16 to fast.
Neighborhoods 25 so 26 to fast
freways 55-65 so anything above that to fast.
now really fast would be 150MPH, cause it would take over 90 feet to stop! and you may roll over!
