FOCUS. Focus on the teacher, the subject matter, the lessons. Keep your attention on what the teacher is saying, doing. Observe the other students, try to learn their names. The day will fly by.

to answer the question now.... don't concentrate on 8 hours of school....concentrate on one class at a time.
an hour is easier than 8!
