Should I take a diuretic pill? What can I do? My face gets puffy when I've eaten too much junk food. (I've learned the hard way). I won't do it again. How can I get it to go down for morning. Last time I did this, (at Christmas) my face was puffy all day the next day.

Drink plenty of water... try going for a nice long brisk walk to help sweat some of the excess toxins out along with the water consumption. Place nice cool washcloths on your face through the night.

Eat some celery or drink some dandelion or Yogi detox tea. All are good, natural diuretics.

You need to increase your potassium levels. Eat bananas and carrots. This will offset the sodium levels and dump the sodium.

Drink lots of water and try Jade Green, a pure barley green.
This always seems to help no matter what.
