why all guitar amps tubes are made in europe,in countries like russia, etc?

My guess is that they are made with expensive poisons that hurt the environment if not handled with expensive equipment, so the companies outsource the job to other countries where the government don't have any rules to protect the environment.

Or, customers refuse to pay what they really cost, so they're being made by slave labor to keep the price down.
