I used to take One a Day Womens Mulitvitamins but it was way too hard on my stomach, even when I ate something with it. So I bought these Viactiv Multivitamin Chews and was curious what people think about them... ???
(I also bought the Viactiv Calcium Chews since I hardly get any calcium at all.)

Thanks!!!

I haven't tried the Viactiv products but I know that some other women I've talked to have and liked it.

On the calcium supplements please also get some magnesium (after talking to your doctor) because it helps make the calcium work better. Also, it will keep the calcium from causing you to be constipated. I tried calcium supplements for about a month and it constipated me so much that it made me sick. I have since learned that it's best to get a bottle that contain both magnesium and calcium because they work better together.

For my multi-vitamin I take prenatal vitamins although I've never been pregnant. I checked with my doctor to make sure it was ok for me to do and she said that it was. I buy mine at Wal-Mart over the counter.
