does she suffer from some sort of mental illness?
claims to be Christian BUT she dresses like a street walker (always in short and revealing clothing), AND says the most hateful vile things (i can not believe Jesus would say the things she says) AND has out of marriage sex (not married) .

so how do her followers reconcile her obvious personality contradictions?

I do not think she as many followers as the media suggests. I am a conservative and I think she is a wack job. Suggesting that everyone should be Christian is just a lack of intelligence. suggesting that Jews should be improved by becoming Christian is almost the same thing that we here from the fundamental Muslim terrorists.
