This is my savings account and bank is charging me for that which is in not use. So What will Bank do if I didn't respond to bank regarding my -ve statements.

Write the a letter. Close my account and mail me a check. If you don't have funds in there, ask them to close the account and you will pay any fees owed.
Not sure how banking works in India, but why risk a problem for what I would expect to be small fees.
Maybe a friend or relative in India can take care of this for you.

They will take the charges from your account, if you do not close your account and transfer your saving to another bank which does not charge you for their services.
