everyone who goes through the american justice system should get fair ruling. regardless of age, gender, race, background, nationality, sexual orienation etc. remember the last words of the pledge of allegiance: one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for ALL. it didn't say half or some

I agree. And a fair ruling would be to charge all of them as adults for the crime they committed (except the 14 year old) add Al Sharpton's hate crime law to their charges and send them to prison for 15 years.

The six criminals have been made into celebrities and the victim has been blamed and smeared. Where's the fairness? 2D

i am from louisiana...
this whole situation was blown out of proportion
all of the boys involved in the attack already had other charges against them
they were repeat offenders
and many of the incidents that are being reported at so misguided and ill informed that it is disgusting

no our courts are a joke the only justice the victim will see will have to wait until Jesus returns and no AL or Jessy will save them
