I know on Sunday afternoons, I always seem to need a little nap for a pick me up, I feel so much better afterwards....Not sure if it is because the past week is over and I can relax or if it is to get me energized for the new week to start.....If you do take a snoozer, What do you think? to end the week or start a new one?

I rarely nap but hubby almost always does every saturday and sunday. He naps for 30 minutes up to an hour everyday. But he gets up at 5:30 everyday and works very hard. He comes home gets his nap and goes and does a few more things preparing for the next day.
When I was younger I loved napping with my babies. Today I lie down with the grandkids and read while they nap.

I usually take a 30 minute nap when I put dinner on and go rest. I feel groggy when I first get up, but feel better for the nap. I am up before dawn and on the go all day long. I need the extra boost in the late afternoon to get me through the rest of the evening with dinner, Y/A on the computer! I get about 7 hours sleep, feel great during the day, and I admit, there are days when I drink a cup of Starbucks to get my motor running without a nap.

Naps are great any day of the week. If you are not working I prefer a nap around 2:30 p.m. It is a great way to get refreshed and energized.

I have always taken little naps whenever I could throughout my lifetime, beginning as a teenager.

Do know the answer - but I take a nap every afternoon between 3 and 4 - and I feel like new woman after that. I could probably take on the world.

Sometimes I do need a nap, if I haven't slept enough. I usually feel worse when I wake up though. My husband on the other hand loves to take an afternoon nap and it makes him feel better afterwards.

I enjoy a nap on a snowy or rainy day. Sometimes, both my hubby and I will just crawl into bed in the middle of the afternoon and take a nap. Of course, we're both wide awake at two in the morning playing cards. But that's OK, we like it that way.

I have a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. I am afraid if i had a nap I would be up the entire night. I do get up between 5-5:30 am though

I like to sit down for about an hour every day. I might close my eyes for a bit and take a 10 or 15 minute snooze, other times it's just to get that recharge. I feel so much better after that.

I need to nap in the middle of the day. Apparently this is healthy. When I am working I obviously cannot do this but I always want to die at 4.

the last 5 year it has been part of my job to get up before 6 am.
and I am always ready for a nap when I get home.

but then I would sleep for hours, and not be able to sleep at night.

if I could just sleep 20 minutes that would be great.

so instead I just drink coffee, lots of coffee, and that only gets me up 3 or 4 times a night, but I can go back to sleep when i am done..
